Cancellations

Cancellations of registrations are allowed for a full refund up until 14 days before the start of the event.

Information Shared with Sponsors

Sponsors receive an attendee mailing list as part of their sponsorship. By completing a conference registration, attendees automatically opt-in to this. Sponsors do not receive addresses, phone numbers or fax numbers.

Sponsors often collect business cards. If an attendee offers their business card, psadmin.io views this as voluntarily providing information to the vendor.

Photography & Videography Notice

Photographers and video technicians will be present. By virtue of attendance at the conference, the registrant consents to and authorizes the use of their image on video or in photographs by psadmin.io.

Notice on Speakers

Opinions expressed by speakers at the conference are their own opinions and do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of psadmin.io. psadmin.io does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any opinions or information expressed or provided by speakers at the conference.

Lab Environment Usage

psadmin.io reserves the right to suspend service to the Lab Environments if the attendee uses the services outside the scope of the lab activities.
